Back to grandma’s kitchen, with meat on the grill, the table laid out with good, wholesome, genuine fare; flavours eagerly awaited and preserved in the memory since time immemorial. Impenetrable ruby red in colour, glistening with purple nuances; a full, fruity flavour, with mission black fig and cocoa bean notes. From a timid initial impact, it gradually opens out to reveal its fruity flavour and generous heart in all their splendour.
