Oasi Bianco

a rebel tamed

#gastronomic #new_method #territory #floral
A wine that obeys no rules, with a message to convey, with its own words and with ours. Light-hearted without being superficial; simple, yet destined to make an impact. A wine that tells the story of a land and its age-old traditions, a hero of the hills that has ventured off the beaten track in search of new inspiration. From a soft, smooth beginning, with a floral bouquet of mimosa, lily of the valley and aniseed, it shifts towards summer fruit before coming to rest on balsamic mineral notes. Derived from a “rebellion” against traditional practice, this is a conceptual yet straightforward wine, whose vocation is best fulfilled as an accompaniment to meals.
