More than 400 winemakers will be represented at the Grand Tasting event in Paris, which offers a selection of many wines, from the most famous to the most unknown, including 30 from Italy. The choice of wines was made by the Bettane+Desseauve wine guide, whose goal is to allow the tasting of legendary wines but also to promote the products of talented young winemakers. As with every year, tasting sessions led by experts are organized during the show, as well as gourmet workshops to combine the different grape varieties to the dishes chosen to match.
