The OasiPicolit bed & breakfast was set up as the hospitality section of the territory promotion project it is named after. Located on the floor above the Aquila del Torre cellar, the B&B has three beautifully furnished, cosily relaxing rooms to make you feel at home.

If you love good wine and want to immerse yourself in an unspoilt natural environment, this is the place for you. The building stands in verdant woodland, offering guests opportunities to walk or cycle through the vineyards sprawling over the two beautiful natural amphitheatres.

Udine, a town with a huge range of art and cultural trails to explore, is only 20 minutes away. Cividale is also only 20 minutes away by road while you can reach the coast at the beautiful resort of Grado in less than an hour.

The rooms

• 

  Pecol Room

  Two separate rooms, a double bedroom with four-poster bed and an optional third bed in the second bedroom on a queen-size sofa bed. The Pecol Room also has a broad terrace offering a panoramic view over the flatlands and mountains behind.

• 

  Riu di Miez Room

  A double or twin-bedded room and optional third bed on a queen-size sofa bed. The Riu di Miez Room also gives you a panoramic view of Friuli.

• 

  Maurin Room

  A double or twin-bedded room with plenty of light, a panoramic view over the Friulian flatlands and a large bathroom. The OasiPicolit B&B isd a rural retreat that harmoniously combines relaxation with peace and tranquillity.

Services and facilities

Your stay is sure to be comfortable and relaxing:

• All rooms have independent access and en-suite bathroom.
• Wi-Fi internet access is free and there is a personal computer in the public area where you can go online.
• Rooms are cleaned for every new occupant and twice a week during your stay.
• Bed linen and fresh, fragrant towels are changed on request and at least once a week.
• A hair dryer is available in every room.
• Parking is free.
• We also have two Kona mountain bikes so you can explore the many trails through the woodlands from the saddle.

Breakfast

Continental breakfast included in rate

A classic continental breakfast of coffee, milk, tea, yoghurt, fruit juice, bread, biscuits, müesli, cereals, crisp toasts, jams, butter, croissants and fresh fruit.
Local cheese and salami on request.

Breakfast time: from 8.30 a.m. to 9.30 a.m.

Pecol Room 80€, per night for two persons sharing room
Maurin Room 75€, per night for two persons sharing room
Riu di Miez Room 70€, per night for two persons sharing room

€50 per night per person, double room single occupancy
€90 per night for three persons third occupant on sofa bed
Children up to two years old accommodated free
€15 per night for hire of folding cradle, bed and bath linen
Children from three to ten years old on sofa bed, €15 per night for hire of sheets and bath linen

Rates for stays of more than one week to be agreed with guest.

Rates include:

• Overnight occupancy in rooms with all services listed.
• Bed and bath linen.
• Continental breakfast.

Payment

We require a deposit of 30% of the total rate to confirm your booking

Unless otherwise agreed, rooms are available from midday until 7 p.m. on the day of arrival
Departures before 10 a.m.

Bookings and cancellations

Bookings should be made in writing to our e-mail address: at@aquiladeltorre.it.
Bookings may be cancelled without penalty (except bank transfer charges) up to one week before the date of arrival. For cancellations on or after the sixth day before the date of arrival, the entire deposit is forfeit with no refund.
