The Aquila del Torre core team comprises two young brothers whose aim is to promote the wine territory of Savorgnano del Torre by producing wines that embody its key sensory characteristics of freshness and minerality. The primary focus is on quality. That quality begins in the vineyard. Near obsessive attention is lavished on all manual procedures among the the rows in order to coax the grapes to full, uniform ripeness and health. A further guarantee for the consumer is provided by the release of wines that are organically, ethically and environmentally certified by ICEA. The path to quality continues in the cellar. Grapes are processed in full respect of work in the vineyard to highlight the sensory features of the site climates and imbue each wine with its own personality.
