Claudio
A countryside entrepreneur who has courageously chosen to pursue his life's dream among the rows, leaving behind a long career in the engineering sector.
Claudio is a great lover of animals and nature. A firm believer in recovering Picolit at Savorgnano del Torre, he has endowed Aquila del Torre with one of the largest areas under vine in Friuli. In 2004, he initiated the OasiPicolit project. -
Francesca
After spending her childhood in the vineyards, Francesca graduated with a degree in public relations and advertising. She adores being in close contact with nature, which is why she and her husband Pier moved into her beloved Aquila del Torre.
Now thanks to the At project, she combines her passion for communication with the outlet for expression she finds in the world of wine. Francesca is in charge of distribution, interpersonal relations and everything that connects Aquila del Torre with the world beyond the vineyard. From 2011 she became president of Amici del Picolit association. -
Michele
Michele studied at the University of Udine, graduating in agricultural technology. A long internship in Alsace introduced him to the spirit of biodynamics and when he returned to Friuli, he began to introduce this approach into agronomic management at Aquila del Torre with integrated agriculture, subsequently converting the operation to organic farming in 2011. Together, he and Claudio conceived and nurtured the OasiPicolit project. Michele and his wife Elisabetta are keen students of Friulian history, culture and traditions.
